WRITING FOR TEEN MAGAZINES

Place: Lamar University (online)
Date: August 11-September 22, 2008
What: I'm teaching a six-week online course called "Writing for Teen Magazines" through Lamar University. The class is completely online and you do NOT have to be a Texas resident to register. When sign up details are available, I'll post them here.

The class covers: finding ideas, writing articles, composing a query and writing fillers. There will be weekly reading assignments to correspond with the homework.
